(More customer reviews)Okay, I thought I would save some cash and buy this dehydrator over a different brand that was more expensive. One side of the tray will dehydrate much faster that the other so you have to keep checking it and rotate the tray every now and then to regulate the air flow. Try checking it every couple hours when you're drying something that takes about 16-20 hours! I thought that was the most annoying thing that could happen, but it got better! Apperantly the side that dehydrates really fast is also MELTING the plastic tray! If I mention the other brand this is going to sound like I'm trying to increase sales for the other guys, but I'm not so just do the research and get a better (yes, probably more expensive) dehydrator that will work properly!
