(More customer reviews)I don't see any info about an adjustable thermostat. This looks a lot like one I got for a birthday. I can't use it because the drying temp is higher than allowed for raw foods, so if you are looking for something with an adjustable thermostat for raw food dehydrating, stick with the Excaliber, or at least something that you can adjust the temp on, instead of going for something that is being compared to Excaliber as though it is better.
