(More customer reviews)Before purchasing this dehydrator I did some research as to which dehydrator to get. Was going to start off small with one of those "cheap" dehydrators, but decided to get this one instead. Reason being, that the Excalibur blows the air from the back of the unit going across the trays. While others just blow from the top. Number ONE problem I kept reading over and over again from comsumers is that those types of dehydrators dry the outside but the inside of whatever they were dehydrating wasn't completely dried. When it came to reading up on The Excalibur I looked at it as a investment. I rather pay a little extra for a better product, knowing that with the size of this one I only need buy one for now. With the other one I almost bought I would have had to buy 3 or 4 of them. Once I get my garden up and running I plan on purchasing yet another Excalibur Dehydrator. I been learning how to use this product on [...] from a awesome lady check out [...].... Watch her videos. I was already leaning towards buying the excalibur. Once I saw her videos she sold me on this product. I would recommend this product to anyone!
