(More customer reviews)I just got a sparkling new Excalibur dehydrator and purchased this book for innovative ideas on how to use it. The book contained little more than the instruction book that came with the machine. There are no illustrations, which would have been useful. Most of the recipes are not ones I would use. For example, the recipe given to use tomatoes is "Lamb Stew."
I wish I had purchased a book with more text, more ideas, and some pictures, since I am totally new to dehydrating. Disappointing.
