At the end of the 14 days, I felt so amazing, there was no going back. I have been mostly raw for 2 years now and, while I use many cookbooks, this is my "go to" raw cookbook. Everything is simple, amazingly tasty and so good for you!! Eating raw doesn't mean giving up flavor or the enjoyment of eating. Give it 2 weeks - you'll be glad you did!
